The office was able to get us in the same day due to the sensitive nature of having the bee's and an allergic husband. The technician was very polite and was very thorough as my husband is severely allergic to yellow jackets. He made sure that he saw no more bees and went above and beyond. He even left Happy Birthday on the receipt for my dad!
